Our pricing is set on industry standards for comparable services and reflects the quality and consistency of our work.
We beleive in paying our staff fair and livable wages and protecting ourselves and our customers by having insurance.
Our pricing structure allows us to maintain a healthy and happy work environment, provide quality work without cutting corners.
We highly value our long-term clients and know they see the return on their investment with each visit from a part of their Full Complement.
Residential Cleaning
Residential basic clean is priced at 12 to 15 cents per square foot depending on level and type of debis and frequency of cleaning. Deep cleans are priced at 16 to 20 cents per square foot.
All cleaning products are supplied by Full Complement with the exception of toilet brushes & toilet cleaner for sanitary purposes. All residential clients must provide one toilet brush & cleaning solution per bathroom. These can be provided for you and added to your first invoice.
Clients who prefer our staff to use resident's vacuum or mop are welcome to request this but cleaning results cannot be guaranteed.
Move In | Move Out Cleaning
Move In & Move Out cleanings are priced at 22 to 28 cents per square foot depending on level of debris and equipment required to meet the Full Complement Standard.
All internal surfaces of the home are cleaned to a shine including interior cabinets & windows. Appliances are priced separately.
Commercial Cleaning

To provide a more accurate etimate, we need to know your office square footage, number of office spaces, number of bathrooms, if there is a kitchenete on site, preferred scheduling and any cleaning details that are important to you (garbage removed, spaces requiring extra attention, etc.)
All commercial clients must provide a toilet brush per bathroom for sanitary purposes. One can be provided for you at an additional cost.
