Valuables & Small Items

To ensure the safetey of your belongings and to protect both our clients and our staff, we ask that all small, valuable or fragile items be properly stored prior to your scheduled cleaning.

Items in unexpected locations: Full Complement is not responsible for the loss, damage or accidental disposal of small or valuable items left in unexpected locations such as on the floor, within rugs or carpets, under furniture or tangled in linens. Examples inlcude but are not limited to; Jewelry, Watches, Cash, Earbuds, hearing aids or small electronics, charging cords or accessories, glasses, loose change.

Vaccuuming or Linen Changes: During these activities, it is posssible that small or hidden items may become tangled in equipment or mistaken for debris. To avoid this, please ensure these items are removed or placed in a safe and visible location before your cleaning appointment.

Reporting Found Items: If our team encounters a small or valuable item in an unusual location, we will do our best to set it aside and inform you promptly. However, due to the nature of our work and the limitations of visual inspection, we cannot guarantee that every item will be seen or identified.
