
Limitations of Service

While we strive to do our best to serve our clients, there may be circumstances where requested services fall beyond the scope of our team and resources. This may include but not be limited to; hoarding, excessive neglect of the home / property or disrepair of appliances, furniture or equipment.
Where our team is requested to do laundry, we are restricted to the efficiency and maintenance of appliances provided and cannot guarantee that items will be fully cleaned or dried within the working hours in your home. Full Complement is not responsible for the malfunctioning of appliances during our services.
Where our team is requested to utilize the vaccum, other appliances or cleaning equipment of the client, we cannot guarantee the efficiency of such appliance and any maintenance of said equipement must be requested, in writing to Full Complement administration at an additional cost and is subject to availability of staff.
Where "spot cleaning walls" is requested, the clients should be aware that different paint finishes may cause wipe marks or streaks. This is beyond the control of our cleaners and we cannot guarantee results.
For homes or offices with thin blinds, due to the fragility of the materials used in manufacturing, bending or cracking can easily occur and although we take extreme caution when hand washing, we cannot assume liability for any damages that may occur.
Staff reserve the right to refuse work deemed to be beyond the scope of resources, or work that may be considered dangerous or harmful to our employees or presented falsefully prior to arrival.
In cosideration of our health & safety, Full Complement does not handle or dispose of human or animal waste or biological materials of any kind.
