Client Feedback | Complaints Procedure

Full Complement has a 48 hour limit on service complaints for physical services provided. If there are any concerns with the results, misssed items or damange in your home or office, please notify us within 48 hours of the end of your appointment so concerns can be addressed and remedied.
For compliments or feedback of our staff, please connect with Full Complement administration at info@full-complement.ca. We love to hear when our staff is going above and beyond and may use your compliments as a testimonial on our website. We will confirm that we have your consent to post, with you, by email priror to posting.
