Access to Premesis | Client Absence or Presence

If client or representative will not be present at the location to be cleaned at the time of booking, access to the premesis must be readily available (keys or door code provided to admin or building management provides access to the premesis). Any delays in accessing home / office space will still be counted towards the hourly rate or project price. If staff are not granted access to the property within 30 minutes of scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a no show and charged the full booking fee or minimum of 3 hour charge.

For our clients who prefer to be home while your service is taking place, we welcome the company but for the purposes of clarity and efficiency of our staff please note the following.

Our cleaners will verbally outline the process in which the space will be cleaned. It is more efficient if the room being cleaned is vacated by any residents or pets. Once the cleaning / organizing list for a room has been completed, staff do not return to that space to reclean if used again during the duration of your service.
